The gear we recommend for the best photography spots in Las Vegas Nevada is a good camera and the holy trinity.  A wide-angle lens.  14-24mm or something similar.  A 24-70mm or something similar and, of course, a 70-200mm or something similar.

If you do not have these particular lenses, do not worry; something similar will be just fine. It would be best if you also had a tripod.

1. Seven Magic Mountains 

Seven Magic Mountains is a colorful photo spot located just outside of Las Vegas. These whimsically stacked rocks are painted in all colors of the rainbow and were placed along the interstate as an art installation. These rocks are framed by the Nevada desert and make a great focus for pictures with the mountains in the background. The best time to shoot is anytime. The best lens to use is a zoom lens. 

2. Fremont Street

Fremont Street is right in the heart of downtown and comes with a landscape of palm trees, beautifully colorful murals, signs, and street artists. This is a great place to visit to get a feel for the culture of Las Vegas outside of casinos and nightlife. Many murals can be found East of Fremont Street. The best time to shoot is during the day. The best lens to use is a zoom. 

3. Bellagio Fountains

This iconic location on the Las Vegas Strip is well-known for its fountain shows, massive hotels, and replica Eiffel Tower. The fountain show occurs every 30 minutes between 3 and 8 p.m. on the weekdays meaning you’ll have plenty of opportunities to capture the spectacular show against the backdrop of the sunset or night sky. 

4. Bellagio Flower Conservatory

The Bellagio Flower Conservatory and Botanical gardens is located inside the famous Bellagio Hotel and Casino. This is a free art installation that features millions of flowers, plants, and artificial animals. The art installation changes every season which means there’s new content to capture each visit. 

5. The Venetian

The Venetian is created to resemble the Italian city with the shared name. This hotel has crafted canals and gondola rides that place you at the center of an historic Italian location. The architecture of the Venetian is filled with interesting patterns and ornate, decorative design to photograph.

22. Elephant Rock

Elephant Rock is a pronounced rock formation located in Fire Valley State Park. The elongated rock structures resemble the trunk of an elephant. The body is filled by a large boulder that humps at the top and the base of this rock could be seen as four thick legs of the elephant’s body.
